• We can facilitate Talent Review meetings at your location to discuss talent strengths, development plans, vacancy risk, career plans, and leadership needs, with your leadership teams
• We can partner with your experienced human resources internal professionals to train and prepare them to lead talent review meetings
• We can serve as a scribe and coach in your talent review meetings, to capture notes, compile, and deliver your talent data after the meeting
• After your talent review meeting, we can work with you to compile the talent data, provide an analysis, development recommendations, charts and graphs, and presentation materials or reports.
